Billing model

Simple pricing when booking is turned on.

Public profiles can start before booking. When a park turns on direct booking, the park sets the guest price and keeps the payment relationship. The $1 per occupied site night model charges the park for real use of the booking system, not for browsing, setup, or cancelled stays.
