SMS consent is stored with the following fields:

Detailed Opt-In Methods
1. Contact Method Form
- Checkbox appears when phone type is selected
- Unchecked by default (explicit consent)
- IP address captured on submission
2. Signup Form
- Checkbox appears when phone number provided
- Unchecked by default (explicit consent)
- IP address captured on account creation
3. Booking Form
- Shows current consent status
- Can update consent during booking
- IP address captured on booking creation
4. Walk-In Check-In
- Checkbox appears when guest phone collected
- Unchecked by default (explicit consent)
- IP address captured on walk-in booking
5. SMS START Keyword
- User sends START to SMS number
- System updates consent automatically
- Confirmation message sent
