By accessing or using This RV Park, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Keep your password secure and accept responsibility for account activity.
• Update your account details when they change.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Do not disrupt the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
• Respect the rights of travelers, park owners, hosts, and other users.
• Comply with applicable laws and park rules.

• You agree to pay the charges associated with your booking.
• Booking confirmations depend on availability and park rules.
• Cancellation and refund policies vary by park and are shown during booking or in booking details.
• Parks may refuse service or cancel bookings when required by park policy, safety, law, or platform integrity.

• Prices are shown in the currency specified by the park.
• Payment is due according to the park payment policy shown during booking.
• Accepted payment methods vary by park and are shown before checkout.
• Refunds are handled according to the park refund policy.

This RV Park is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes related to these terms or the platform are subject to courts located in Oregon, and you agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts for those claims.

You can cancel SMS service at any time. Text STOP to 831-285-1884. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency varies based on account activity and bookings. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
