• You are responsible for providing accurate booking information
• Parks reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings

4. Payments

• All prices are displayed in the currency specified by the park
• Payment is due according to the park's payment policy
• Accepted payment methods vary by park and are displayed at booking
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Refunds are processed according to the park's refund policy

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the platform
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Respect the rights of other users and park owners
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

This RV Park platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oregon. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claims.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 831-285-1884. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This RV Park is not responsible for any delays, failures, or other issues related to message delivery that are outside of our control.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages as needed based on your account activity and bookings. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
