How your information is handled.

• Name, email address, password, phone number, timezone, date of birth, and optional address details.
• Contact methods you add for account notices, booking updates, verification, SMS consent, and park communication.
• Booking dates, selected site or facility, guest details, guest phone, vehicle or pet details, membership details, rules acceptance, payment timing, and special requests.
• Store orders, add-ons, device usage, sponsorships, group events, waitlists, reviews, messages, uploaded media, and support requests you create or that parks create to serve your stay.
• Payment records such as payer name, payment method, amount, status, gateway payment identifiers, receipt references, refunds, and related bookkeeping details. Card numbers are processed by Square and are not stored by This RV Park.
• Usage, authentication, and reliability details such as IP address, device information, browser type, pages visited, features used, access time, and client-side error logs.

• Provide the platform, process bookings, send confirmations, and keep reservations connected to the right guest and park.
• Send booking reminders, account notices, verification messages, and important service updates.
• Improve reliability, protect accounts, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use information to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, and protect the rights and safety of guests, parks, and other users.

• Account deletion removes or detaches account profile details where the product supports it.
• Some booking, payment, receipt, message, review, SMS consent, security, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may be retained when needed to operate the service, document park obligations, comply with law, or protect users and parks.
• If a deletion request cannot be fully completed, we will explain what was retained and why when we respond to the request.

• Essential cookies keep security, authentication, account, and booking features working.
• Browser storage may save recent searches, booking drafts, cart sessions, offline check-in queues, or preferences on your device.
• Our current product analytics use a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool to understand aggregate site usage without setting analytics cookies.

You can view, delete, or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies or clearing saved storage may prevent account, booking, cart, draft, or security features from working correctly.

We use analytics and service providers to understand site usage, improve reliability, and operate the product. We do not use ad pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising tools unless this policy is updated to explain that change and the choices available to you.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it. Users between 13 and 18 may use the service only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians may ask to review, delete, refuse further collection of, or revoke consent for a child's personal information.

• Your phone number.
• Opt-in timestamp and IP address for compliance tracking.
• Opt-out status and opt-out details when applicable.

Your phone number and consent information are stored securely and used only to manage SMS preferences and send account or booking messages. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use security measures such as encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

• With park owners or hosts when needed to fulfill your booking.
• With service providers who support platform operations under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law or legal process.
• To protect rights, safety, accounts, or platform integrity.

SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties.

• Access, review, update, or correct your personal information.
• Request deletion of your account through account settings or by emailing privacy@thisrvpark.com.
• Opt out of marketing communication and SMS messages. Text STOP to cancel SMS and START to opt back in.
• Ask how your data is used, including privacy choices that may apply to your state, by contacting privacy@thisrvpark.com.
